WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have economy, standard, and priority shipping available when you checkout. The cost of delivery depends on the size of your order. 

Please note the delivery option you pick does not speed up the processing time, all products are hand made and made to order. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your delivery option depends on whether you can track your order or not, economy delivery isn't trackable, but standard and priority are trackable options. After you order, once your product(s) are made, a tracking link will be sent to you. 

100% SECURE ORDERING 

We ensure your private details are kept private, we won't sell on your details to third parties or any other company. When you order with us you can have peace of mind knowing our website and checkout is 100% secure and protected. 

 

PERSONALISATION/CUSTOM ORDERS

We offer personalisation services where you can add your own personal touch to the products we have (please note that only certain products have this option).

We offer a custom order service. You can have a pet product made to your exact requirements down to smallest of details such as the colour of thread. If you'd like to have a customer order made by us please contact us via our email address sales@theempawrium.co.uk.
